In his latest article, Vitalik states:

"Zuzalu will also introduce entirely new activities like “incubating” novel technologies, including social technologies, by testing them out within a dedicated community. It may also find its niche in “the meta” by being a gathering spot for the future builders of new physical places and new societies of all kinds. That said, there is a long way to go. Many paths remain unexplored or even unknown, and so the journey is just beginning."

The 4Seas community, nestled at the base of Mount Suthep in Chiang Mai, provided an idyllic setting for this event, boasting a serene meditation and a bustling digital nomad hub.

Signature Moments from the Final Day

On the final day, the coders emerged from 48 hours of intense hacking and brainstorming to present their ingenious solutions before judges and attendees.

The projects addressed two tracks: Zero Knowledge Technology and Community Coordination Tools. The presentations showed the teams' creative applications of privacy-preserving cryptography and organizing solutions tailored for collaborative communities.

Winning Innovations

The winners displayed exceptional technical execution and potential for real-world impact:

Coordination Tools Track

Notable Insights from Participants

Whales, the first place winner in the Community Coordination Tools track, shared:

"I created Socialite to make it easier for introverts like me to make connections in communities Notable Insights from Participants. It visualizes the social connections between members to help newcomers integrate more easily. I'm using it as a proof of concept for a bigger goal of coordinating connections between student blockchain clubs and industry protocols too. If the community uses Socialite, it can evolve to tag members with their skills and interests using AI, making it simple for organizers to identify the right contacts for various needs
